Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner, and assist guests as needed.
• Handle cash, credit card, and discount transactions with accuracy.
• Contribute to total guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and assisting other team members.
• Describe promotions and upsell beverages and menu items during seating.
• Assist with to-go orders and maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area.
• Support service staff to ensure smooth dining experience for all guests.
