Qualifications

• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write.
• Ability to work Late Night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM - 3AM.
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Seat guests, manage waiting list, and notify waiting guests when seating is available.
• Use seating system to ensure proper guest flow and monitor reservations.
• Communicate with servers and managers about table availability and large parties.
• Keep host area stocked with menus, silverware, and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with pre-shift meetings, rolling silverware, and resetting tables.
• Answer phones and provide directions, hours, and take-out info.
• Support FOH and BOH priorities and work well under pressure.
