Job summary

American Social - Tampa is seeking servers to greet guests promptly, take beverage and food orders, and provide an exceptional guest experience. You will confidently describe all menu items, upsell where appropriate, and deliver orders with efficiency while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include handling payments, inviting guests back, keeping stations clean, stocking supplies, and collaborating with front-of-house and back-of-house teams; late-night shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously and guide beverage/food orders.
• Confidently describe and upsell all menu items.
• Deliver beverages and food efficiently while engaging guests.
• Close guest experiences by collecting payment and inviting guests back.
• Keep tables clean and stocked; assist in department as needed.
• Work cohesively with team and support both FOH and BOH priorities.
