Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage guest interactions.
• Friendly, welcoming demeanor that makes guests feel valued.
• Familiarity with reservation management systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage arrival experience to set a positive tone.
• Handle reservations via phone, online, and in person; maintain organized scheduling.
• Coordinate seating to optimize guest satisfaction and flow of the restaurant.
• Collaborate with servers and managers to ensure smooth operations and guest experience.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Represent Elevage Soho Kitchen and Bar with a professional, welcoming attitude.
