Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking part-time Event Hosts for Hershey Chocolate World in Hershey, PA. You will support the Group Sales and Events function, delivering exceptional guest experiences and coordinating group events across departments.

You will greet guests, manage bookings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless events. Strong communication, multitasking, and a guest-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for scheduled meetings, events, and birthday parties.
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate group activities and events within the facility across departments.
• Execute external group and events in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and set up day-of bookings for a flawless experience.
• Engage with guests and resolve issues as they arise.
• Assist with setup and teardown of events.
• Coordinate with Ticketing and Attractions teams for event readiness.
• Work with Group Sales to implement itineraries and communicate changes.
