Job summary

Hershey's Chocolate World in Hershey, PA is seeking a Part-Time Event Host to support the Group Sales and Events function. You will greet guests, coordinate group activities, and ensure flawless event execution with cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong customer service, public speaking, and the ability to work well with large crowds in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1 year of customer service experience optional.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for scheduled meetings, events, and birthday parties.
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate group and events within the facility and organize group activities across divisional levels.
• Execute all external group and events in collaboration with cross-functional departments.
• Ensure day-of-bookings are prepared and set up for a flawless experience.
• Engage with guests and resolve issues that arise.
• Participate in setup and tear-down of each event.
• Collaborate with the Ticketing and Attractions team to ensure preparation for scheduled groups.
• Work closely with the Group Sales team to execute group itineraries.
• Communicate itinerary changes to each Attraction team.
