Hershey's Chocolate World in Hershey, PA is seeking a Part-Time Event Host to support the Group Sales and Events function. You will greet guests, coordinate group activities, and ensure flawless event execution with cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with the Ticketing and Attractions team to ensure preparation for scheduled groups.
• Work closely with the Group Sales team to execute group itineraries.
• Communicate itinerary changes to each Attraction team.

This is a part-time position located in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The company will not provide relocation assistance or other employment benefits for this position.

Event Hosts support the Group Sales and Events function of Hershey's Chocolate World. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure all meetings, events, and group events are executed flawlessly and that each guest has an exceptional experience in our facility.

• Execute all external group and events in collaboration with each cross-functional department
• Ensure day-of-bookings are prepared and set up in advance to executes a flawless experience
• Engage with guests and resolve issues that arise
• Participate in the set up and tear-down of each event
• Collaborate with the Ticketing and Attractions team to ensure preparation for scheduled groups
• Work closely with the Group Sales team to execute group itineraries
• Communicate itinerary changes to each Attraction team

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
