Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Answer phone calls according to SOP.
• Manage reservations and seating flow to control dining room pace.
• Introduce server to guest and explain daily specials when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist as needed.
• Assist managers with opening and closing duties.
