Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate the company reservation system.
• Menu knowledge.
• Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed.
• Compile information, complete and submit reports as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide stellar customer service.
• Greet and welcome guests, assign seating, and escort guests to their table.
• Follow company procedures for seating guests.
• Inform guests of menu items and specials.
• Complete sales to customers including taking payments.
• Assist servers and bussers in maintaining dining areas.
• Respond to telephone inquiries including making reservations.
• Respond to 'to go' orders including packaging orders.
