Qualifications

• Must have excellent guest service skills; outgoing personality and demonstrate friendliness and enthusiasm.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leaders.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency.
• Able to work flexible hours: nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests utilizing established guest service guidelines.
• Answer phone and coordinate reservations, special guest requests, and messages.
• Respond to guest requests or place guests in contact with appropriate person for assistance.
• Answer guest questions regarding menu items, pricing, specials and promotional events.
• Assist servers and bussers when needed.
