Job summary

The Hoxton invites a friendly Home Host to join our coworking family and welcome members into a stylish, community-focused space in Chicago. You will be the go-to person for members, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth operations, and flawless space presentation.

You’ll coordinate calendars, manage mail and packages, and help members feel at home while building relationships and promoting a memorable experience in a creative, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the go-to for our members, making them welcome and at ease.
• Ensure our space is set to impress from first light to close of play.
• Keep on top of our membership profile systems, meeting rooms and meeting room calendar
• Work with the Working From_ team to provide a great experience for members from first contact to joining the family
• Manage mail and packages for our members with top organization
• Place and track all supply ordering to ensure members have everything they need
• Manage and direct calls or emails so everything reaches its destination
• Show off the space to day pass guests and meeting room teams
• Training to settle you into role and opportunities to grow within the company
• Be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun
