Job summary

The Hoxton invites a friendly Home Host to join our coworking family and welcome members into a stylish, community-focused space in Chicago. You will be the go-to person for members, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth operations, and flawless space presentation.

You’ll coordinate calendars, manage mail and packages, and help members feel at home while building relationships and promoting a memorable experience in a creative, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the go-to for our members, making them welcome and at ease.
• Ensure our space is set to impress from first light to close of play.
• Keep on top of our membership profile systems, meeting rooms and meeting room calendar
• Work with the Working From_ team to provide a great experience for members from first contact to joining the family
• Manage mail and packages for our members with top organization
• Place and track all supply ordering to ensure members have everything they need
• Manage and direct calls or emails so everything reaches its destination
• Show off the space to day pass guests and meeting room teams
• Training to settle you into role and opportunities to grow within the company
• Be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun

The Hoxton lobbies have always been home to laptop savvy workers making use of super-fast Wi‑Fi and comfy sofas as they hustle away in a place that feels like home. So it felt only natural for us to take our love for great experiences and create a coworking space, Working From_, that offers everything you need to do your (other) day job or take over the world, in our stylish and comfortable surroundings.

We are looking for a Home Hostto play a crucial role in the success of our operation! If you get a kick out of creating an unforgettable experience for members then this is the job for you.

• You’ll be the go-to for our members, and you have your own way of helping them with what they need, making them welcome and at ease
• Ensure our space is set to impress from first light, to close of play, with everything in--between
• Keep on top of our membership profile systems, meeting rooms and meeting room calendar
• Work closely with the rest of the Working From_ team, providing a great experience for members, from first contact to when they become part of our family and beyond
• Manage mail and packages for our members with tip top organization
• Place and track all supply ordering, from our pantry snacks, to coffee, to office supplies, to make sure our Members have everything they need
• Manage & direct any calls or emails that come our way, ensuring that everything gets to where it needs to be
• Show off the space to any of our day pass guests & meeting room teams
