Job summary

Hawksmoor Chicago is seeking Hosts/Reservations to be the first point of connection for guests, delivering warm, knowledgeable hospitality from enquiry to departure. You will manage reservations, welcome guests, and coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and floor teams to ensure a smooth service.

Candidates should demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to Hawksmoor’s values. Experience with OpenTable and group bookings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails professionally.
• Manage reservations using OpenTable and Triple Seat.
• Welcome guests and manage seating and check-in.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and floor teams.
• Maintain guest profiles and handle special requests.
• Upsell and explain menu options to guests.
• Assist with setting up dining areas for service.
