Job summary

Casino-Fandango in Carson City, NV is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to greet guests, seat them at tables or booths, and maintain smooth flow between dining areas. You will escort guests to their seats, present menus, and balance seating across stations.

You must answer the phone, take reservations, know the full menu, and communicate guest needs to staff and management. Maintain cleanliness and a professional demeanor in a fast-paced casino environment; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Read/write/speak English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• High School Diploma and/or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables or booths.
