This role requires clear English communication, a neat appearance, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced casino environment.

You will work as a first and last impression for guests, manage cash and POS operations, and support team members to maintain a smooth dining experience.

Qualifikationen

• Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Must present a neat and professional appearance.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Interactions with customers, the public and co-workers.
• Use of a computer and/or cash register.
• Ability to obtain and maintain knowledge of company and department rules and the menu.
• At least 21 years of age.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers promptly and seat them in a timely manner.
• Accurately process cash register transactions and give correct change.
• Count cash drawer at start and end of shift.
• Assist service staff to ensure tables are cleared and reset.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and dining environment.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and direct inquiries as needed.
