Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area.
• Maintain proper setup of the server stations.
• Assist servers in maintaining clean tables for guests.
• Assist with continual service details.
• Keep the restaurant area clean and organized.
• Understand operation details to be the master of the restaurant.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff and kitchen/bar teams.
• Run food to and from guest tables.
• Seat guests, take reservations and phone calls.
• Bus tables and reset for guests.
