Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's The Elms Hotel & Spa in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, seeks an experienced supervisor to lead guest experience in our dining outlets. You will model hospitality, manage daily service, and uphold brand standards to ensure memorable guest visits.

You will supervise shifts, coach teammates, monitor inventory and cash handling, and collaborate with F&B leadership to drive revenue while maintaining health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Experience in hotel or upscale dining is preferred.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and basic F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality guest service aligned with The Elms brand standards.
• Lead outlet operations including opening/closing, shift coverage, and floor management.
• Coach and support F&B colleagues; onboard and train new team members.
• Monitor inventory and waste; aid cash handling and POS usage.
• Maintain cleanliness, health standards, and adherence to policies.
