Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and support bowling lanes and leagues at one location. You’ll ring sales, log issues, and assist guests with basic bowling steps while using our POS and control systems.

Ideal candidates bring a hospitable mindset, strong phone etiquette, and a flexible schedule for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
