Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the front desk, and support league preparation at one location in Massachusetts. The role requires strong phone etiquette and a helpful, friendly presence.

Responsibilities include handling the waitlist, selling at the counter, and assisting guests with basic bowling guidance while ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction in a vibrant entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
