LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus is hiring a Guest Experience Host (Operations) to welcome guests with energy and a smile. Must be available to work 2 weekdays + 1 weekend day each week.

You will help run attraction operations, manage guest flow, keep areas clean and stocked, and support opening/closing procedures. The role emphasizes a fun, safe, and memorable visit for families. Join a team at the world’s largest entertainment attraction company and share the magic of LEGO with guests daily.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus !
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
