Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat them promptly, and manage wait lists.
• Accurately process guest checks and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and restrooms.
• Assist servers and bussers to uphold Perkins service standards.
• Ensure knowledge of menu to assist guests with recommendations.
