Job summary

Great Lakes Brewing Co in Cleveland, OH is seeking a friendly Host/Busser to welcome guests, seat them, and assist servers. The role includes managing wait times and helping keep dining areas clean and organized.

You will use Resy OS for quotes and waitlists, bus tables, and support team members while upholding service standards. This position requires mobility, good communication, and the ability to stand for several hours.

Qualifications

• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris, and wipe booth seats.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Transports and carries objects up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and team members.
• Must be able to climb stairs during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests and accommodate special needs.
• Quote accurate wait times for guests using simple math.
• Operate the Resy OS to assist with waitlist management.
• Bus tables and assist servers.
• Check restroom cleanliness on a routine basis.
• Roll silverware and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Check outside area for trash and complete cleaning duties.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
