Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment and high standards.
• Manage hiring, training and development of Front of House staff.
• Implement and maintain guest service standards.
• Lead initiatives and programs including memberships and loyalty programs.
• Train staff to upsell and educate customers effectively.
• Plan and assign daily goals, tasks and schedules.
• Ensure opening/closing responsibilities are completed.
• Oversee Front of House staff for events and scheduling.
• Maintain health, sanitation, liquor, safety and facility compliance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Manage bar operations and relations with suppliers.
