The role requires a spiritually mature leader with strong organizational skills and a ministry degree preferred. Expect to implement systems for guest assimilation and pastoral care, contributing to a fulfilling church life.

Qualifications

• Spiritual maturity and relational skills.
• Experience in ministry preferred.
• Doctrinal alignment with Independent Christian Churches/Churches of Christ.
