Responsibilities

• Greeting guests in a welcoming and positive manner
• Providing accurate information on experience, price, restrictions, and content
• Capturing guest photos and explaining photo packages
• Organizing large groups and communicating wait times
• Directing guests and assisting onto iRide gondolas
• Ensuring safety precautions are followed and reporting concerns
• Lead by example in operating procedures and service standards
• Communicate using proper radio protocol
• Assist with evacuation and shelter-in-place procedures
• Share knowledge about Navy Pier, Chicago, and local attractions
• Other duties as needed
