Job summary

SKYLAKE Adventures in Bakers Corner, Indiana seeks a friendly Guest Services Associate. You’ll welcome guests in person or by phone, assist with ticket sales, wristbands, rentals and payments using SKYLAKE’s POS system, and provide accurate information about attractions, schedules and dining.

The role calls for hospitality, strong communication, and a calm, problem‑solving approach. You’ll work with other teams to fulfill requests, handle refunds when approved, stay updated on events and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in person or over the phone with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.

• Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure guest requests are fulfilled quickly and accurately.
• Process ticket sales, wristbands, rentals, payments, and approved refunds accurately using SKYLAKE’s POS system.
• Provide clear, accurate information about attractions, schedules, dining, special events, and SKYLAKE policies, tailoring recommendations to each guest’s needs.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary and working toward a positive outcome that reflects SKYLAKE standards of excellence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SKYLAKE events, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Be Doing
