The Westin Indianapolis is seeking a friendly Greeter/Cashier to welcome guests, answer inquiries, and handle cash transactions at the lobby desk. You will contribute to a smooth check-in/check-out experience and uphold brand standards.

Ideal candidates have excellent customer service and communication skills, English fluency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to greet guests, handle inquiries, and cash transactions.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities
