Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Friendly and Outgoing
• Able to smile during customer interactions
• Willingness to go the extra mile and strong work ethic
• Maintain uniform standards on premises
• Ability to run and move quickly
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Possess a valid Driver’s License in state of residency
• Pass a criminal background check and RMV check
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Be organized
• Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE’s current insurance provider

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members and guests are safe at all times
• Operate vehicles safely to minimize accidents if needed
• Oversee tracking of keys and vehicles in the garage
• Provide exceptional guest experiences by greeting and assisting guests
• Maintain garage organization
• Set a positive workplace tone and upbeat attitude
• Encourage use of approved language
• Coordinate shift handoffs and inform teammates of the plan
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to VPNE uniform guidelines
• Oversee team members to keep a clean work area
