VPNE Parking Solutions LLC seeks a Lead Valet to help operations run smoothly with an enthusiastic team, delivering exceptional guest service and a positive guest experience.

The role involves supervising valets, ensuring safety, managing vehicle and key flow, upholding VPNE’s uniform standards, and training new team members to perform duties safely and efficiently. The position requires a friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and clear communication with guests and coworkers.

Formación

• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Able to pass a driving test on manual transmission.
• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety of employees and guests at all times.
• Safely operate vehicles when needed to minimize accidents.
• Oversee tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
• Greet guests and provide exceptional guest experiences with a positive attitude.
• Set and maintain an upbeat workplace tone.
• Train new valets and ensure they perform duties safely and effectively.
• Communicate shift handoffs and organizational plans to teammates.
• Maintain VPNE uniform standards and professional appearance.
