Hilton Parsippany is seeking a proactive Front Desk Supervisor to manage guest relations and frontline operations at our Parsippany, NJ property. You will oversee staffing, hiring, training, and scheduling for the front desk team, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes using the MICROS system.

The role emphasizes strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Formación

• Experience in hotel front desk operations and guest services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage staffing, training, and scheduling for front desk teams.
