Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. operates Hornbacher's and other stores across the Midwest. We are seeking a Guest Services Representative dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences at the front of the store. The role includes cashiering, operating money order and payment machines, and handling returns and exchanges with accuracy.

You will support the Guest Service team and broader store operations, providing backup coverage as needed and contributing to a positive, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to handle money orders, refunds and exchanges.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter.
• Assist front-end with cashiering, bagging, and cashier interventions.
• Process money orders, Western Union, and other services.
• Help with returns, price checks, and issue resolution.
• Support store operations and back up Guest Service Manager when needed.
