Job summary

Mid-Continent Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to greet and register guests, handle reservations, and provide outstanding service throughout the stay. You will be responsible for check-ins/outs, answering inquiries, and maintaining a courteous, efficient front desk operation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience in hospitality. The role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
