Streamsong Resort is seeking a friendly Front Desk Clerk to check guests in and out, assign rooms, and handle reservations at the Streamsong, FL property. You will respond to inquiries, manage cancellations, and assist guests with local information and services in a professional manner.

Applicants should have basic computer and reservations-system skills and be able to read and speak English; a second language is preferred. Some evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of related hotel experience.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
• Ability to read and speak English; second language preferred.

Responsabilités

• Check-in and check-out guests and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Handle guest registration and room assignments, accommodating special requests.
• Pre-register, block reservations and manage same-day or future reservations.
• Process payments and verify cash handling procedures.
• Resolve guest complaints and assist with hotel services and directions.
• Audit, balance, and report on front desk revenue and statistics.
