• Implement and maintain procedures for block and coding of rooms, deposits, no-show billing and disputes; compile reports to meet revenue goals.
• Supervise daily operations of the Resort Services area to ensure policy compliance and maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor and communicate inventory levels and room rate restrictions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee maintenance of tee sheets and inventory for dining, recreation and spa.
