Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport in Renton is seeking a Front Office Host who will welcome guests, handle registrations, and communicate hotel services and promotions with warmth. This visible role puts you at the frontline of the guest experience and opportunities to engage with guests throughout their stay.

You will answer phones, make reservations, assist with check-ins/outs, coordinate with housekeeping, process payments, and help resolve guest questions or concerns,

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality or service industry.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate clearly and review documents accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-line phone calls in a courteous, professional manner.
• Create reservations in person, by email, or by phone.
• Check-in guests and issue room keys; coordinate with housekeeping.
• Process payments and resolve disputed charges.
• Ensure guest requests are met and follow up on satisfaction.
