Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to stand long periods of time.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register guests at check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy and courtesy.
• Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests.
• Process forms of payment and handle guest transactions.
• Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and solutions.
• Be the face of Hyatt and create a lasting, positive guest impression.
• Assist with upsell incentives at the Front Desk where appropriate.
