Job summary

L&E Research, Inc. invites applications for a Client Services Representative at our Columbus facility. This part-time role supports the front desk, welcomes guests, and ensures spaces and materials are ready for sessions.

You’ll work up to 30 hours/week, on-site, with a friendly team and opportunities to assist recruiting and project support as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a valid driver\’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services, hospitality, or admin support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and OneDrive.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a welcoming first impression.
• Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for sessions.
• Reset spaces quickly between studies for the next group.
• Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors with professionalism.
• Assist with recruitment or project support as needed.
