Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a friendly Bellperson for the Remi Hotel in downtown Scottsdale. You will assist guests with luggage, explain hotel facilities, and help maintain a welcoming lobby environment, delivering brand-standard service.

One year of bellperson experience is preferred; English communication is required, and Marriott brand knowledge is a plus. The role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and discounts at Crescent and Marriott properties.

Qualifications

• One year hotel bellperson experience preferred.
• Marriott brand and service knowledge is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist all guests with luggage, transporting luggage to and from guest rooms as requested while providing excellent brand standard customer service.
• Explain all hotel facilities to arriving guests, their locations in the hotel and hours of operation, to include fire exits and safety features of the hotel.
• Remain in the front of the hotel and lobby area when on duty and not assisting a guest.
• Maintain the front of the hotel and the lobby area for cleanliness, such as trash removal, mopping up spills, sweeping up trash, emptying trash cans, as needed.
• Deliver messages and packages and mail to guests as needed.
• Maintain the traffic flow at all times in the front of the hotel.
• Ensure safety measures are followed for area.
• Available to work on a regular basis.
