Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming first impression for guests and ensure a memorable stay in a stunning mountain setting. You will assist with reservations, provide information on amenities and local attractions, and help guests feel genuinely welcomed throughout their visit.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and flexible scheduling to support resort operations in a busy environment.

Qualifications

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first smile guests see when they arrive and the friendly face they remember when they leave. You’ll help create incredible stays by delivering outstanding service, assisting with reservations, answering questions, and ensuring each guest feels genuinely welcomed.

• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to work 6:30am-2:00pm and/or 8:00am-4:00pm
• Must have availability to work weekends
