Job summary

Palms Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Tampa, FL to warmly greet guests and efficiently manage check-in/check-out while handling inquiries and requests. You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth experience and maintain accurate records of reservations and payments.

The ideal candidate has strong customer-service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure is required.
• OPERA PMS experience (training available) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Manage room reservations and modifications.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
