Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites is seeking a positive, friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests. The Front Desk Agent will assist guests with check-in/check-out, issue room keys, and process payments, coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room availability.

Strong communication and a positive attitude are essential for handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Computer literacy.
• Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation.
• Able to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the knowledge of hotel operations and activities.
• Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person.
• Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions.
• Describe the features and amenities of guest rooms.
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
