Arbor Lodging is hiring a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and answer questions at the lobby. You will assist with reservations, room blocking, and guiding guests to local dining and entertainment options.

The role requires an outgoing, friendly demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. A hotel front desk background and reservations software experience are preferred. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly manner.
• Assist in reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking.
• Assist large groups upon arrival.
• Assist guests in finding dining, shopping, and other nearby attractions.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Process payments according to procedure.
• Upsell facilities and services.
• Handle check-out tasks and balance cash, checks, and cards.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve guest requests.
