Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check them in/out.
• Post charges to guest accounts and balance cash at shift end.
• Handle inquiries, problems, and complaints with professionalism.
• Assist guests with reservations and dining requests.
• Operate the switchboard and coordinate with other departments.
• Return keys upon guest departure and ensure room readiness.
