Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with arrival and departure.
• Complete registration, input guest details, and confirm room charges.
• Explain outlet hours, local attractions, and hotel services.
• Code electronic keys, imprint cards, and balance the house bank.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests.
