Qualifications

• 1 year of hospitality experience as a front desk agent or similar preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proficient with phone calls and handling stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in and out with correct keys and room numbers.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
• Answer calls and inquiries about bookings, rates, amenities and rewards.
• Maintain accurate guest information and routine bookkeeping.
• Address guest complaints as needed.
