Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly front desk associate at the Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista, part of the Marriott Village complex. You will assist guests with arrivals and departures, handle check-in/out, manage payments and currency exchange, and promote HEI and brand programs to ensure a positive stay.

The role requires hotel experience as well as strong communication, accuracy with computer systems, and the ability to stay composed during busy times.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is preferred.
• Strong math and calculator skills for financial transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to stand and move throughout front office and perform duties.
• Comfort with inputting information into computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a sincere welcome and clear information.
• Handle check-in/out, assign rooms, and promote brand programs.
• Code electronic keys and manage guest accounts and payments.
• Process payments, currency exchange, and account postings accurately.
• Respond to and resolve guest issues with sound judgment and discretion.
• Maintain calm and efficiency during busy periods and emergencies.
