Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis Beale Street is seeking a friendly Front Desk Clerk to deliver exceptional guest service in the heart of Memphis. You will assist with check-in/check-out, manage phone calls, and handle guest requests, ensuring a welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• One year previous experience in a similar position in a hotel.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out, answer calls, and handle service requests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, promotions, and daily house counts.
• Process guest payments, verify registration, and manage wake-up calls.
• Direct Bell Person for luggage and assist with escorting guests to rooms.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to resolve room status discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
• Process check-outs and miscellaneous charges, adjust vouchers as needed.
