Job summary

Kennebunkport Resort Collection is seeking a warm, professional Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests across in-town properties. You will provide telephone services, greet guests, and manage check-ins, checkouts, and guest inquiries with a focus on hospitality and efficiency.

Role requires staying attentive, handling payments, and coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to ensure a memorable stay for guests visiting coastal New England.

Qualifications

• Provide telephone services for guests, vendors, and inquiries.
• Greet and assist guests in a professional manner.
• Direct guests to rooms and explain property information.
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures and payment processing.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages, and activities on property.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, issue room keys, and provide needed information.
• Verify identification and payment methods at check-in and checkout.
• Monitor guest accounts and post charges as they occur.
• Assist guests with luggage and guide to rooms.
• Maintain lobby area and replenish refreshments.
