Job summary

Kennebunkport Resort Collection seeks a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at our in-town properties. You’ll handle check-ins/outs, greet guests warmly, manage inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless stay.

Essential duties include using the guest services system, handling payments, and communicating property events and parking options. Join a team focused on coastal elegance and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Provide telephone services for guests, vendors, and inquiries.
• Adhere to service scripts when addressing guests in person or over the phone.
• Greet and welcome guests in a professional, hospitable manner.
• Direct guests to the main lodge or property areas as needed.
• Verify identification and payment methods at check-in and during stay.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests upon arrival and provide room keys with necessary information.
• Monitor guest accounts and post charges for rooms, dining, and events.
• Review and print final folios at checkout for guest review and payment.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages, and booking restrictions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance using cross-department communication tools.
