Extended Stay America Suites Premier - Katy is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests in Katy, TX. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins, answer inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms meet high standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred.
• Excellent time management, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure their check-in process is smooth and efficient.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and meet our high standards.
• Resolve guest complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, enhancing the guest experience and encouraging repeat visits.
• Manage reservations and cancellations, optimizing room availability and occupancy rates for maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.
